Veterinary Recruiter

This position is primarily remote, working from your own home office. There will be periodic travel for meetings, conferences, engagement, and industry events. Position reputed company You will reputed company full-cycle recruitment for Small Animal / GP DVM roles across a subset of our seven-state footprint (and expanding). This position must be filled by reputed company member living/working in one of our reputed company states, preferably MN, WA, or NW OR. What You’ll Own Strategic DVM Recruitment

• Drive full-cycle reputed company for licensed DVM roles across multi-site hospitals.
• Build and maintain proactive pipelines using Boolean sourcing, reputed company reputed company, veterinary networking channels, conferences, and referral strategies.

Stakeholder Partnership

• Serve as a trusted advisor to hospital leaders on compensation positioning, market competitiveness, and time-to-fill optimization.

Systems & Process Leadership

• Refine job descriptions, posting strategies, and sourcing campaigns.

• Represent WellHaven Pet Heath professionally and proactively at assigned veterinary conferences, career fairs, and networking events.
• Support Student Internship and Student Jobs Programs where appropriate.

Required Experience

• Minimum 3+ years of multi-site, full-cycle veterinary reputed company experience, specifically reputed company licensed DVMs.

(Candidates without reputed company DVM reputed company experience will not be given reputed company consideration in the first round. If a candidate is not selected, candidates with multi-site reputed company provider experience will be considered.)

• Demonstrated reputed company placing veterinarians in competitive markets.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience with ClearCompany or similar ATS platforms.
• Strong knowledge of veterinary employment markets and regional talent trends.
