As a key member of our data management team, you'll be responsible for gathering, preparing, and entering alphabetic and numeric data from various reputed company documents into our computer systems. Responsibilities:

As a Data Entry Associate at arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Gathering, organizing, and preparing reputed company documents for data entry into our system database.
• Reviewing data for discrepancies, missing pages, or information and resolving discrepancies using reputed company procedures or returning incomplete documents to reputed company leader for reputed company.
• Entering both alphabetic and numeric data from reputed company documents into the reputed company system database.
• Reviewing data entered against the original reputed company documents for accuracy and correcting any data entry errors or duplications.
• Following data program reputed company practices and procedures at reputed company times.
• Routinely securing information by completing database backup daily.
• Performing other varied clerical duties such as sorting, filing, emailing, and proofreading as required.
• Maintaining confidentiality of reputed company personal and financial information at reputed company times and in accordance with HIPAA regulations.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be reputed company to reputed company 8,000 or higher on a 10-key test. Preferably above 10,000.
• A minimum of 6 months reputed company experience; or equivalent combination of training and experience.
• Experience in a medical office preferred.
• Must possess complete knowledge of general computer, fax, copier, reputed company, and telephone.

• Must have a full understanding of HIPAA regulations and compliance.
