As a part-time evening Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for handling outbound calls, responding to inbound calls, and resolving customer concerns in a courteous and reputed company manner. You'll work closely with our management team to ensure that customer feedback is captured and acted upon, and that our clients' needs are met. This is an eight-week contract position, with the possibility of extension or conversion to a full-time role.

Key Responsibilities

• Effectively and professionally resolve shareholder concerns

• May be assigned to handle 'Toplist' inbound & outbound calling (contacting shareholders with large investments)

• May be assigned to assist with reputed company (monitor and pull calls, etc.) as a 'peer monitor'
• May be assigned to handle routine administrative tasks for operations, training or reputed company

• May be assigned to handle "compliance' or 'escalated' inquiries

Essential Qualifications

* 6 months+ experience in Customer Service, Data Entry, or a reputed company field

• Ability to read, write, and reputed company English
• Ability to follow a script word for word for 6-8 hours/day
• Internet speed requirements include 50 download and 10 upload
• Ability to take or reputed company a high volume of calls per day (goal is to handle 30 calls/hour using an auto dialer or call reputed company)
• Ability to leave voicemails as part of the calling process (on average, reputed company leaves 11,000 voicemails per day)

* Previous experience in a call center or customer-facing role

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
