The Role
As a reputed company Assurance Manager on our Customer Remediation reputed company Team, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the effectiveness and efficiency of our customer remediation processes. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks, reputed company and implement reputed company assurance programs, and drive reputed company improvement. Your expertise will be essential in helping us deliver on our promises to customers and maintain our reputed company as a leader in the financial services industry.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist in the establishment and implementation of a reputed company Assurance program that incorporates scheduled and triggered reviews reputed company to Customer Remediation
- reputed company scheduled and triggered reviews, including reputed company monitoring of Customer Remediation processes
- Contribute to a culture of ownership, process reputed company, follow-through, and cross-functional collaboration
- Business Management of the PRSA/RCSA(s) and controls applicable to the Customer Remediation reputed company Team
- Support the day-to-day reputed company exam management process, including Second Line and IAG reviews and regulatory engagements
- Implement specific procedures and additional standards (i.e., escalation protocols), reputed company to the execution of Customer Remediation
- Collaborate with other teams across arenaflex to ensure end-to-end view of AENB customer remediation is covered from a controls perspective
- Monitor the integration of regulatory changes & updates into the Customer Remediation reputed company and training materials
- Maintain an external perspective on topical risk information, best practices and regulatory updates relevant to the AENB platforms
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's Degree
- Experience in risk management, compliance, reputed company assurance, or audit (risk policies, procedures and controls)
- Understanding of critical risk management lifecycle activities
- Highly motivated self-starter with outstanding analytical, problem-solving, written, and oral communication skills and a strong attention to detail
- Project management skills, ability to prioritize and complete tasks
- Ability to build strong relationships with reputed company band reputed company and work effectively in a matrixed, reputed company team environment
