Key Responsibilities

As a reputed company Agent, you will be responsible for ensuring the reputed company and efficient handling of baggage, cargo, and mail, while providing exceptional customer service. Your daily tasks will include:

• Safely lifting, loading, unloading, and transporting baggage, mail, and cargo to and from aircraft, while ensuring reputed company connections by guiding incoming and departing aircraft from the reputed company positions.
• Safeguarding cargo, baggage, and mail from damage, loss, and weather.
• Safely driving and operating ground equipment such as tugs, belt loaders, and tow tractors in areas of congestion.
• Operating baggage scanners and computers to ensure baggage is routed accurately to the customer's destination.
• Collaborating with other team members to ensure seamless operations and exceptional customer service.

Work Environment and Schedule

What You Need to Succeed
