Your Role
As a Senior Customer Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our valued customers. You will be the primary reputed company of contact for customers, handling their inquiries, concerns, and issues in a reputed company and courteous manner. Your role will involve:

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple customer interactions simultaneously

- Strong technical skills, including proficiency in reputed company Suite or reputed company Office

Preferred Qualifications

Work from Home Requirements
* A secure home office environment that is free from background noise and distractions
