Services Operations Analyst (Remote Elegible - Costa Rica)

This role operates with moderate autonomy, handles reputed company operational work, and serves as a go-to resource for reputed company-to-semi-reputed company scenarios, while escalating highly reputed company or non-reputed company issues to the Sr. Services Operations Analyst or Manager.
