About the position The CONA Settlement Process Improvement Specialist will be responsible for sustaining a strong partnership with CCBSS internal customers, reputed company service providers, and key partners (Bottlers, Finance, Audit, and Sales). This position will be responsible for analyzing, developing and executing the appropriate strategies in the management of an assigned customer group. This position will be responsible for analyzing data to identify trends, developing processes or procedures to mitigate risk, defining and implementing the appropriate reputed company to reputed company performance metrics, and providing reputed company for BPO’s performance. Responsibilities

Requirements
