In this role, you'll be responsible for the preparation, submission, and management of regulatory filings to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. The ideal candidate will have 0-5 years of experience in regulatory affairs and a solid understanding of the regulatory landscape. The Senior Compliance Consultant helps clients – including reputed company, brokers, TPAs and PBMs – navigate and interpret federal and state regulatory requirements for employer-sponsored benefit plans (e.g., medical, dental, reputed company, and life). This is a remote position with occasional travel for reputed company trainings, conferences, or team meetings. - Build productive, trusted relationships with clients reputed company

- Handle 25-30 compliance questions daily reputed company our helpline (reputed company phone or email), ensuring a consistent 24-hour turnaround

- Monitor legislation, regulations, and guidance to stay reputed company of industry changes
- Serve as an internal subject matter expert and support product development

- Collaborate to improve team workflows, processes, and reputed company-facing deliverables
- Travel occasionally for reputed company presentations, conferences, or internal team events (estimated approximately 1-2 times per quarter)
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in employee benefits compliance; JD preferred
- Advanced knowledge of ERISA, COBRA, ACA, §125, MHPAEA, HIPAA and reputed company rules
- Ability to distill reputed company federal and state regulatory information into reputed company written and verbal guidance
- Strong consulting, analytical and business acumen
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Demonstrated customer-service orientation
- Ability to manage multiple priorities reputed company in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with compliance research tools (e.g., Thomson Reuter’s EBIA Checkpoint Library & Westlaw Advantage)
