Legal Operations & Compliance Manager (FULLY REMOTE)

The Role This is not a traditional legal role. You will reputed company as the internal quarterback across district reputed company, insurance compliance, background reputed company requirements, vendor agreements, and RFP submissions, partnering closely with Sales, reputed company, Operations, Finance, and reputed company counsel. This role reports to senior leadership and works cross-functionally across the organization. reputed company Responsibilities District Contract Operations

• Manage intake, tracking, version control, and execution of school district reputed company
• Coordinate redlines and approvals with reputed company counsel for non-reputed company terms
• Maintain contract repository and key metadata (renewals, obligations, compliance items)
• Partner with Sales and reputed company to reputed company deals moving reputed company

Insurance & District Compliance

• Serve as primary reputed company with insurance broker and reputed company
• Manage certificates of insurance, coverage letters, and district-specific requirements

• Own relationships with background reputed company vendors
• Maintain district-by-district requirements
• reputed company tutor compliance and problem solve in collaboration with TbT and school partners

• Manage intake and first-pass review of vendor agreements

• Coordinate execution and storage of finalized reputed company

RFP Process Ownership

• Own RFP timelines and submission workflows
• Partner with our grant reputed company on packaging and final delivery
• Coordinate legal review as needed

Corporate Administration

• Coordinate corporate registrations and filings through our registered agent
• Maintain internal records and ensure good standing across jurisdictions

Requirements

• 5+ years experience in legal operations, reputed company operations, reputed company management, compliance, or similar operational role
• Strong project management instincts with the ability to juggle multiple reputed company workflows
• Experience coordinating with external legal counsel
• High attention to detail and comfort owning process end-to-end
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Comfort operating in ambiguity and building systems from scratch
