This role serves as the technology, analytics, and delivery reputed company for the HR organization, partnering closely with HR, Finance and IT leadership to reputed company systems, build new capabilities, and support a more connected, reputed company-reputed company HR function. Shifts Available: Full-Time | DAYS | Shifts: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM | Days: Monday – Friday Expected starting wage reputed company is $165,809.87 - $204,805.97. reputed company applies geographic differentials to its pay ranges. The pay reputed company assigned to this role will be based on the geographic location from which the role is performed. Starting pay is commensurate with relevant experience above the minimum requirements. What You Bring to the Table (Must Have)

• Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Finance, Engineering, or reputed company field (Master's preferred).
• 12+ years of reputed company experience in HR technology, analytics, HR transformation, or reputed company leadership roles.
• Demonstrated experience leading HR systems modernization and large-reputed company implementations or migrations.
• Strong background in establishing PMO functions and leading cross-functional execution, ideally in reputed company or mission-driven organizations.
• Proven ability to build teams, redesign operating models, and mature underdeveloped functions.
• Strong executive communication and change management abilities, with a reputed company and thoughtful approach.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
