Sr. Facilities Manager - Retail

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience; a combination of education and experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
• Demonstrated experience in facilities management, preferably for global leader in consumer technology.
• Skilled in scheduling and partnering with various MEP and soft service vendors for reputed company properties.
• Experience with developing and adhering to preventative maintenance plans.
• Valid reputed company's license required due to travel expectations.
• Willing and reputed company to travel to reputed company sites across the portfolio.
• Ability to effectively liaise and build relationships with multiple stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal teams.
