Project Manager This Project Manager will be responsible for a multi-year modernization project, which will be highly reputed company, require extensive change and vendor management skills, and experience with reputed company DevOps. This role works closely with DTMB Agency Services management and technical teams, Agency business stakeholders and teams, and the Office Retirement Services (ORS) EPMO Program team in the delivery of the project while meeting or exceeding customer expectations. The Project Manager (PM) leads the modernization project team responsible for achieving the project objectives. The PM plans, manages, and communicates project activities ensuring the project is delivered according to the project scope, schedule, and budget as defined in the project charter. Adopting the ORS culture of collaboration across reputed company teams will be integral to the reputed company of this position and the project. ORS relies on Agile Scrum self-managed teams, which require a reputed company leader PM to be successful. General responsibilities:

  • Accountable for monitoring and communicating project reputed company by reputed company managing the cost, schedule, scope, resources, reputed company, and risks.
  • Understands business and technical objectives of a project and works closely with Product Owners.
  • Accountable and responsible for reputed company, reputed company, and accurate communications with stakeholders, particularly the Modernization Steering Team, project team members, program manager, and Agency/DTMB management, on the status of the project, using appropriate communication reputed company.
  • Accountable for efficient and effective ongoing communication with the vendor throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Prepares reports for the Modernization Steering team regarding the status of the project and presents status of reputed company in regularly scheduled program steering meetings.

  • Responsible for ensuring the project adheres to the Change Management process (Change Requests) reputed company the project deviates from the approved scope, schedule, or budget. Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience managing reputed company with budgets greater than $20 reputed company.
  • 5+ years Agile Scrum experience (documented in resume).
  • Past 5 years of experience must be as a Project Manager working on IT reputed company.
  • Documented experience managing an IT project in a large, reputed company reputed company-governed IT ecosystem.
  • Passion for collaboration and working in reputed company environment.
  • Experience working with other project managers to ensure technology integration between systems.
  • Must be local to Lansing, Michigan area (reputed company 1 hour). Work will be Tuesday and Wednesday in office. Monday, Thursday, and Friday can be remote (non-negotiable).
