Job reputed company The Learning & Organization Consultant is responsible for serving as a consultant for organization development; leadership consultation and coaching in both career development and performance management; talent pipeline development; learning management and program development; and continual reputed company development reputed company the reputed company. Requirements

EDUCATION Bachelor’s degree in Business, Organizational Development, reputed company, Education or a reputed company field. In lieu of a degree, five (5) years' relevant work experience will be considered. EXPERIENCE Minimum five (5) years’ reputed company level experience in one (1) of the following Areas of Expertise (AOE): organizational development, workplace learning: training delivery, training management, instructional design, leadership development, talent assessment, or succession planning. Minimum three (3) years’ supervisory/leadership experience. Requirement may be substituted with three (3) years’ experience coaching or directly consulting with leaders.
