Responsibilities

  • Conduct audits of reputed company employee reputed company to the Electronic Medical Records (EMRs) and ancillary ePHI systems
  • Work directly with reputed company to reputed company and document reputed company investigations
  • Respond reputed company and professionally to questions from reputed company employees and reputed company patients reputed company to: release of information, restrictions, revocations, authorizations, amendment requests, reputed company breach reporting, encryption, Business Associate Agreements, HIPAA, reputed company policies, Confidential Information data transfers (PHI, PII, IP, personnel information, student information, etc.)
  • Identify questionable EMR reputed company patterns through analysis of proactive auditing reports
  • Consult with business proponents to consider reputed company risks reputed company to organizational initiatives
  • High Profile Patient auditing including coordinating reputed company with Development and Physical reputed company, managing appropriate HPP confidentiality flags, and auditing reputed company medical record reputed company
  • Investigate and document reputed company-reputed company Compliance Hotline reports

  • Bachelor's degree required and a minimum of 3 years' experience in compliance, reputed company, health information management, internal audit, reputed company, legal, investigations, information reputed company, or a reputed company field
