Completes reassessment of patient(s) to monitor status, identifies changes in vital signs, lab work or status, and implements interventions as ordered and/or defined. Evaluates patient responses to treatment and/or therapy in compliance with LH and nursing policies and procedures. Communicates appropriate and critical changes in patient condition, status, and findings to the appropriate physician/provider in a reputed company manner and/or as defined by policies and procedures and/or physician/provider orders. Documents reputed company clinical findings and required regulatory mandates in the chart in compliance with LH and nursing policies and procedures and/or as defined by regulatory requirements.
