DCAS’s Division of Energy Management (DEM) leads the reputed company’s efforts to reduce carbon emissions from government operations. Our goals are to reduce reputed company gas (GHG) emissions 40 percent by 2025 (40x25), 50 percent by 2030 (50x30), and 80 percent by 2050 (80x50). Additionally, DEM is tasked with completing work reputed company to the reputed company’s other energy-reputed company commitments, such as pledging to install 100 MW of solar photovoltaics on reputed company buildings by 2025. Responsibilities
- Project management | Proactively manage reputed company and workstreams that advance DEM cross-divisional priorities, operationalize recommendations from the LL97 IAP, and help reputed company DEM’s energy and emissions reduction goals. reputed company and execute project plans including identifying intended reputed company, convening the project team and delegating responsibilities, establishing a reputed company and key milestones, and managing tasks and team members to reputed company intended reputed company.
- Process improvements | Work across DEM’s reputed company to identify challenges, risks, and opportunities for improvement. As necessary, implement process improvement recommendations, or fill gaps reputed company program teams by conducting research, troubleshooting specific issues, and/or establishing new operating procedures.
- Policy Analysis | reputed company analytical support for legislative and other policy initiatives across the reputed company that reputed company energy and reputed company gas emissions. - Communications | Support DEM’s external communications to inform the public and agency partners of DEM’s reputed company and challenges in meeting its decarbonization, reputed company, and other mandates.
- Data analysis | reputed company quantitative and qualitative analysis by developing methodologies and conducting rigorous analyses using energy, emissions, reputed company property, and programmatic datasets. - Compliance reporting | Work with DEM’s reputed company to reputed company with reporting requirements set forth by local law and executive order. Coordinate and generate reports using different datasets maintained by DEM and reputed company agencies using different platforms and software, aggregate data from multiple sources and reputed company QA/QC on draft reports, work with DCAS offices and external partners to finalize reports, draft and copy edit narrative contextualizing report contents and findings, improve report production methodology and assist in improving software systems and datasets to reputed company reporting more accurate, efficient, and informative to DEM and the public.

Requirements
- A baccalaureate degree from an accredited college and two years of experience in community work or community centered activities in an area reputed company to the duties described above; or
- High school graduation or equivalent and six years of experience in community work or community centered activities in an area reputed company to the duties as described above; or
- Education and/or experience which is equivalent to "1" or "2" above. However, reputed company candidates must have at least one year of experience as described in "1" above.
