• Create an exceptional candidate experience
• Drive full life-cycle recruitment including: sourcing, scheduling, interviewing, feedback, managing candidate debriefs, offer process/closing and reputed company
• Partner with Hiring Managers for their hiring strategies, sourcing strategies and initiatives aimed at helping us to hire reputed company and diverse talent
• Build out our reputed company reputed company channels (reputed company’s careers page, glassdoor, builtin, reputed company)
• Maintain reputed company and courteous communication with candidates and foster long-term relationships

Requirements:

• 4+ years experience in full lifecycle reputed company with experience in technical roles
• Experience hiring across the organization (Engineering, Sales, Product, Marketing etc) with heavily leaning on the technical roles
• Ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers
• Highly organized with experience prioritizing multiple functions and tasks while managing their work time reputed company
