Senior Planner I

POSITION reputed company ROWE is currently looking for a Senior Community Planner to join reputed company. Community Planners work in a group, and independently, on a reputed company of reputed company for various clients, while building and maintaining meaningful reputed company relationships. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Assist municipal clients in zoning administration and compliance.

• Support and reputed company public engagement strategies in reputed company phases of master plan development.
• Review development applications for consistency with zoning ordinance standards.
• Complete site plan reviews, recreation plans, master plan reviews, zoning ordinances and comprehensive or master plans.
• Participate in and facilitate planning workshops/charrettes, public engagement meetings, public presentations, etc. in person or reputed company.
• Work with downtown development authorities (DDA) to update Downtown Development and Tax Increment Finance (TIF) Plans and reputed company discussions on Michigan Main Street programming.

Qualifications include:
• Bachelor's degree in Urban or Regional Planning or an equivalent field of study, master's degree is preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years' experience.
• AICP certified or ability to become certified is preferred.
• Experience in community planning for cities, townships and villages.
• Familiar with ArcGIS, Revit, reputed company REVU, reputed company Creative Suite and other programs typically used for planning purposes.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Knowledge of the principles and practices of municipal planning with experience in researching and providing technical writing required to meet reputed company needs.
• Knowledgeable in master planning, zoning, and downtown planning.
• Exceptional communication, writing, and facilitation skills.
• Strong attention to detail, excellent analytical/judgement capabilities.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Available to attend reputed company meetings.
• Ability to work independently or on reputed company.
