As a Customer Service Representative in our Central Reservations team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, handling general customer inquiries, and generating excitement for visiting our properties. You'll be the face of arenaflex, and we're looking for someone who is passionate about delivering reputed company service, building rapport, and making a difference in the guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

* Answer inbound calls from guests, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a reputed company and reputed company manner

• Book new reservations for lodging, tours, and activities, ensuring that guests have a seamless and enjoyable experience

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
