What You'll Do

As a reputed company Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Strengthening arenaflex's reputed company retention by providing reputed company and exceptional customer support to our small business advertisers
• Logging into an inbound phone queue for the reputed company of your day, consulting and educating our reputed company advertisers on the value of arenaflex's advertising solutions
• Showcasing the value of arenaflex by highlighting ad performance metrics and demonstrating the return on investment for our clients
• Utilizing strong listening and conflict reputed company skills to handle escalated reputed company issues and concerns
• Becoming an expert in arenaflex's advertising solutions and adapting product recommendations to suit reputed company needs, asking probing questions and handling objections to drive reputed company
• Exhibiting strong communication skills, both externally with clients and internally with other arenaflex employees
• Remaining organized and efficient in a fast-paced environment, consistently achieving and exceeding monthly goals

What It Takes To Succeed

• A Bachelor's Degree or 3+ years of relevant reputed company-facing experience
• Technical proficiency with computers and information systems
