As a Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing reputed company support for the planned service agreement renewal process, reputed company participating in accounts receivable activities, and providing backup customer call handling as needed. You will work under reputed company supervision, tracking and monitoring the touch reputed company plans and the contract renewal life cycle process with the account owners.

Key Responsibilities

* Responsible for the scheduling, tracking, and monitoring of the touch reputed company plans and the contract renewal life cycle process with the account owners.

• Escalate issues to appropriate individuals for reputed company follow-up as required.
• May require reputed company interaction with customers for follow-up to secure purchase orders or to meet special invoicing conditions.

• Researches, resolves, or escalates accounts receivable disputes as outlined in the escalation process.

• Processes invoice credits and re-bills, as necessary.
