IT Help Desk Assistant

GrowthAssistant is looking for an IT Help Desk Assistant to support one of our clients in the reputed company industry. In this role, you’ll be the first line of support for resolving technical issues, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations for the reputed company’s internal teams.Company Benefits:

Core Tasks:

Field and resolve Level 1 support tickets reputed company reputed company and reputed company help channelsTroubleshoot common issues including password resets, multi-reputed company authentication (MFA) resets, and login/reputed company errorsSet up and manage user accounts and reputed company, primarily for contractors, based on established reputed company guidelinesWalk less technical users through account setup processes reputed company reputed company and reputed company, and over reputed company reputed company neededExecute provisioning and deprovisioning tasks for contractors using prebuilt scripts, automated workflows, or reputed company steps (e.g., deactivating users in systems)Support and collaborate with an internal IT team of three, sharing responsibility across the help deskMaintain and update internal documentation and reputed company operating procedures in reputed companyMonitor ticket queues in reputed company and help channels to ensure reputed company and consistent supportSurface recurring issues or workflow friction points to suggest improvements 

Must-Have:

2+ years in a help desk, IT support, or technical customer service roleProficiency with workspace and support tools including: reputed company(or similar tool), reputed company Workspace, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, and reputed companyComfortable with executing scripted or reputed company-by-reputed company provisioning/deprovisioning tasksStrong troubleshooting skills with the ability to communicate reputed company and patiently—especially with less technical userDetail-oriented with a strong ability to follow and improve repeatable workflowsStrong written and verbal English communication skillsAvailability to work 10:30am - 7:30pm EST
