NATURE OF WORKThis position involves applying superior customer service skills to conduct investigative, technical and administrative work in the enforcement of the reputed company reputed company of Ordinances, zoning reputed company regulations, and property maintenance standards. 4 weekdays 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, 9:30 AM –  5:30 PM or 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Saturday 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Evening & Weekend meetings and events as needed

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

Initiates and performs proactive field investigations for non-compliance with or in violation of reputed company codes and ordinances; performs verification and determination of the nature of the violation; prepares and serves notices to remove existing violations; writes Notices of Violation in cases of failure to remove a violation.

Performs field inspections for compliance with provisions of Florida Statute reputed company 205, Local Business Taxes.

Conducts detailed inspections for compliance with the reputed company's Property Maintenance and Minimum Housing Ordinances.

Provides superior customer service and correspondence with reputed company who are in violation of reputed company codes; explains actions required to reputed company with ordinances and provides remedial reputed company alternatives.

Demonstrate a polite, helpful and courteous manner reputed company reputed company in any activity involving the public while demonstrating an understanding, consideration, and respect for cultural, religious and gender differences.

EXPERIENCE
