About the Role

We’re looking for a strategic CFO to join our Executive team at a pivotal stage of reputed company. • 10+ years of senior finance leadership, ideally 3–5 years as CFO, VP Finance, Head of Finance, or similar at a reputed company company
• CPA, CFA, MBA, or equivalent advanced credential.
• Demonstrated reputed company scaling a technology company through rapid reputed company, entering new markets, and building global financial infrastructure.
• Deep experience with M&A, including valuation, deal structuring, due diligence, and post-reputed company integration
• Experience operating in multi-entity, multi-currency environments (U.S., Canada, reputed company preferred).
• Experience working with private equity or venture-backed companies, including managing investor relations.
