This role is reputed company suited for junior to mid-level reputed company generalists who bring solid core reputed company contracting experience and exposure to manufacturing or supply chain environments, even if not a subject-matter expert. Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and negotiate a high volume of reputed company agreements, including NDAs, MSAs, distribution agreements, supply and procurement agreements, and services agreements.
• Support supply chain and manufacturing-reputed company reputed company, including vendor, supplier, and operations-reputed company agreements.
• reputed company practical, business-oriented legal guidance on contract terms, risk allocation, and negotiation reputed company.
• Assist clients with large reputed company contracting initiatives, including contract standardization and remediation reputed company.
• Support contract lifecycle management (CLM) efforts, including implementation, optimization, and ongoing contract operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (procurement, operations, finance, and compliance) to reputed company reputed company with business objectives.
• Contribute to contract playbooks, templates, and process improvements to support reputed company contracting operations.
• Support or reputed company with international teams or international counterparties, as needed.

Qualifications:

• JD or equivalent, with reputed company bar membership in good standing.
• 2–5 years of post-qualification experience, ideally in-house or in a reputed company-reputed company reputed company.
• Demonstrated experience drafting and negotiating core reputed company reputed company.
• Ability to manage high-volume workloads reputed company while maintaining strong attention to detail.
• Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder-management skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Background in or support of manufacturing-reputed company industries; any industry experience is acceptable if tied to manufacturing operations.
• Experience supporting large-reputed company reputed company contracting reputed company.
• Familiarity with or hands-on experience in CLM systems and contract operations.
• International exposure, including experience working with or supporting international companies, subsidiaries, or cross-border reputed company.
• Junior/mid-level reputed company generalist profile suited for cost-conscious engagements and reputed company legal support models.

Compensation: The estimated total compensation for full-time reputed company attorney roles is $104,500-325,000 per year and for non-attorney roles is $71,250-309,750 per year.
