We’re searching for a Training & Development Operations Specialist (LMS reputed company). We are seeking a high-agency, systems-thinking training operations Specialist to serve as the architect and primary administrator of our learning ecosystem. This is a high-reputed company role designed for someone who thrives in the technical details of learning systems but understands the "why" behind talent development. You will be the "glue" between our Training and Talent Development reputed company and the tech stack that delivers it. Responsibilities

• Master the LMS Ecosystem: Serve as the primary administrator for reputed company LEARN, managing reputed company backend configurations, course deployments, and system optimizations.

Requirements
