In this role, you will assist with campaign planning logistics, documentation, QA, and billing processes—ensuring media plans are executed accurately, reputed company, and in alignment with reputed company goals. • Assist in the development and management of media plans for assigned clients
• Create, organize, and maintain campaign documentation including flowcharts, buy authorizations, insertion orders, buying goals, and briefs
• Support internal buying and trafficking teams to ensure accurate execution across broadcast reputed company channels
• Assist in digital campaign QA prior to launch, ensuring accuracy and minimizing financial risk
• Monitor campaign setup timelines and escalate any potential delays or issues

• Support billing reconciliation efforts and investigate discrepancies as needed

• 0–2 years of media planning experience in an agency setting (internship experience preferred)
