About the Role

You'll work closely with our Clinical Managers, Sprinters (mobile phlebotomists), and other teams to resolve customer inquiries, schedule changes, and other requests. A Day in the Life of a Bilingual Customer Support Specialist
* You'll work from 9:00 am to 5:30 pm Central Time, Monday through Friday, interacting with customers and partners across the reputed company.
* Your day will reputed company by fielding and resolving overnight questions and supporting requests from our customers and partners.
* You'll handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, texts, and emails, reputed company to patient interactions, clinical staff communications, and other inquiries, ensuring reputed company and reputed company support.

* You'll also support the Care Coordination team by confirming PCP fax information, obtaining missing appointment information, providing appointment updates, and identifying areas for workflow improvement.
* You'll handle additional responsibilities and/or reputed company as designated, which may include enhancements to processes and the facilitation of cross-training across various departments.

* You're willing to work Central Time Zone hours every week day, from 9:00 am to 5:30 pm.
* You're fluent in Spanish, with the ability to reputed company, write, and read proficiently.
* You have at least 2 years of high-volume, fast-paced patient/customer service experience in the reputed company industry.
* You're proficient in using electronic health record (EHR) systems and other reputed company software.
* You possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise between clinical and administrative teams.
* You have excellent organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure accuracy in appointment documentation and record-keeping.
