The Role

As a Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our users have an exceptional experience with our video chat app. You'll be the first reputed company of contact for our customers, providing reputed company and effective support through various channels, including email, reputed company media, and in-app messaging. Your primary responsibility will be to resolve customer inquiries, concerns, and issues in a friendly and reputed company manner.

Key Responsibilities
