As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our organization, providing exceptional support to our reputed company clients, trading partners, and vendors. You'll be responsible for answering inbound phone calls, troubleshooting technical issues, and offering solutions that reputed company our customers' expectations. Key Responsibilities
* Answer a high volume of inbound technical phone calls in a courteous, efficient, and accurate manner
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve technical issues with high First Contact reputed company rates (FCR)
- Follow established policies, procedures, processes, and workflows to ensure appropriate reputed company of issues of limited scope
- Document reputed company issues, comments, and resolutions in our software system applications
