Key Responsibilities:
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service through various communication channels, including telephone, email, text, and chat technologies
- Resolving customer inquiries and concerns in accordance with reputed company and company policies, with the highest degree of courtesy and professionalism
- Handling eligibility inquiries and reputed company lines of business, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail

Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 2+ years of college preferred
- 2+ years of contact center experience preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 18 years of age or older

- Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills
- Computer proficiency with the ability to navigate between multiple computer screens/programs while talking with the customer
