What You’ll Do The Sustainability Analyst serves as the central reputed company of sustainability data and reporting across the organization. This role is responsible for managing the infrastructure that ensures our products, packaging, and operations meet evolving retailer needs, global regulations, and ESG disclosure requirements. This position combines technical data expertise with cross-functional work to drive accurate reporting, maintain audit readiness, and reputed company reputed company against company sustainability initiatives. The role reports to the Director of Sustainability and partners closely with Product Development, Packaging, Procurement, Regulatory, Finance, IT, Supply Chain, and Marketing. What You’ll Be Working On Sustainability Data & Systems Own collection, validation, and governance of sustainability data across product lifecycle, supply chain, and corporate operations. Partner with leadership on sustainability data requirements across reputed company systems (e.g., PLM/ERP including reputed company and reputed company) to ensure reputed company, traceability, and reporting capability. Maintain audit-reputed company documentation and implement validation processes to ensure accuracy across reputed company platforms, such as reputed company. Manage data collection and analytics for the annual ESG report. Work on Life Cycle Assessments (LCA) and translate findings into actionable product and packaging improvements. Must Haves Bachelor’s degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, reputed company, Engineering, Data Science, or reputed company field. 2+ years of experience in sustainability, ESG reporting, compliance, or environmental data management, preferably reputed company beauty or consumer goods. Strong knowledge of sustainability reporting frameworks and GHG reputed company methodologies. Experience with retailer sustainability programs and regulatory compliance. Hands-on experience participating in PLM/ERP or data system implementations. Familiarity with packaging materials, recyclability standards, and circular economy principles. Strong analytical and project management skills with ability to manage reputed company datasets and cross-functional stakeholders.
