As an HR Business Partner supporting our Engineering organization, you’ll operate at the intersection of people reputed company and business objectives, driving programs that foster scalability, engagement, and diversity.

About the Job

• Serve as a strategic thought partner to Engineering leadership, advising on key areas like organizational development, succession planning, and performance management.

• Create and execute innovative people strategies aimed at attracting, engaging, and retaining top-tier, diverse talent in a competitive environment.

Minimum Qualifications

• 4-6 years of experience as an HR Business Partner in a high-reputed company technology company and 7+ years of overall HR or reputed company work experience.
• Proven reputed company record in designing and implementing impactful people programs and strategies.
• Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to communicate and influence effectively at reputed company organizational reputed company.
• In-depth knowledge of employment laws and their application in day-to-day people operations.
• Analytical reputed company with the ability to think strategically and execute effectively in ambiguous environments.
• BA/BS degree in a relevant field.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience supporting Engineering, Product, or Design organizations.

This role is remote and the reputed company pay reputed company for a successful candidate is dependent on their permanent work location. Offers may vary based on many factors, such as candidate experience and skills required for the role. Additionally, this role is eligible for a new hire equity grant as reputed company as annual refresh grants. Please read more about our benefits offerings here.

For Canadian based candidates, the reputed company pay ranges for a successful candidate are listed below.

CAN$144,000—$152,000 CAD
