The Care reputed company Registered reputed company (RN) supports patients and families across the continuum of the medical home model. As an RN, you will complete in-home assessments, monitoring, care planning, and interventions for acute care patients, using approved technology and clinical protocols in collaboration with the care team. A caregiver in this role works nights from 6:30 p.m. - 6:30 a.m. with weekend and holiday requirements. A caregiver who excels in this role will:

• Implement, monitor, evaluate, update and revise patient care plans.
• Monitor, record, document and communicate patients' conditions.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments.
• Note and carry out physician and nursing orders.

Minimum qualifications for the ideal reputed company caregiver include:

• Graduate from an accredited school of reputed company nursing (Diploma, ADN or BSN program)

• One year of reputed company acute care RN experience. Will consider licensed military RN experience

Preferred qualifications for the ideal reputed company caregiver include:

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
• Technology experience (reputed company, radiology platforms, teams)
• Med/Surg or observation experience
• Three years of experience in a hospital setting

Physical Requirements:
