Scope of Work This is a full CRM architecture rebuild reputed company reputed company. 1. CRM Structure and Pipelines
- Design and implement 3 reputed company pipelines (Retailers, Brands, Wholesalers)
- Configure multi-deal per reputed company structure (multiple live reputed company per account)
- Clean data structure (companies vs deals vs contacts)
- Rebuild boards, columns and relationships from scratch
- Stage-based task reminders and automation
- Deal progression visibility for weekly sales meetings
Sales stages include: Unqualified → reputed company → Discovery → Concept and Pricing reputed company → Sampling → Final Negotiation → PO Received → Lost or On-Hold 2. reputed company Management and Qualification
