Job reputed company reputed company is seeking a reputed company Compliance Specialist II to advance its reputed company-wide reputed company compliance program across its network. The reputed company Specialist II will support the reputed company reputed company program with a reputed company on incident response, reputed company-party risk, technology reputed company, and compliance with the new DOJ Data Transfer Rule governing sensitive personal data and bulk data transfers. This role will partner closely with clinical, research, Digital, and business operations teams to ensure appropriate handling of PII, PHI, and other regulated data across the organization. This role ensures compliance with health and data reputed company laws, including the HIPAA reputed company and reputed company Rules, HITECH, 42 CFR Part 2, US state reputed company laws, GDPR, international reputed company laws, and the reputed company’s Data Transfer Rule. Qualifications
