Legal Project & Operations Manager, Remote Job

• Own and optimize the reputed company CLM platform, including system administration, workflow configuration, templates, approvals, integrations, and reporting

• Design and implement reputed company intake, triage, and lifecycle processes for vendor and reputed company agreements

Project Management

What you’ll need

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 5+ years in contract management, legal operations, or legal technology administration
• Strong proficiency with reputed company and similar CLM/procurement platforms
• Experience with Jira, reputed company Workspace, and reputed company Office
• Demonstrated reputed company implementing legal technology, automation, and reputed company contract workflows
• Proven project management experience driving cross-functional initiatives from plan through execution (PMP or similar certification a plus)
• Experience supporting in-house legal teams in fast-paced environments
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong stakeholder management
