As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our brand, responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our valued clients. You'll work closely with our Service Department to ensure that every customer interaction is reputed company, friendly, and empathetic. Key Responsibilities

• Assist Customer Advisors/Service Consultants with customers reputed company needed
• Answer basic service department questions, schedule service appointments, and reputed company customers' calls

• Complete reminder calls for customers scheduled for an appointment
• Assist the service department in contacting customers once special ordered parts have arrived to schedule appointments
• Contact customers with Repair Requests to schedule appointments

• Ensure the loaner log and dealer tags are always in compliance with audit requirements

Essential Qualifications

• Execute Retail Service Standardized Work
