About the Role

We are seeking an reputed company and ambitious reputed company to join reputed company as a Customer Service Engineer II, specializing in AT (Advanced Therapies) & XP (Xray) in Southeastern PA and Southern NJ. Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Engineer II, you will be responsible for:

• Servicing AT (Advanced Therapies) & XP (Xray) equipment
• Installing, troubleshooting, repairing, and performing preventative maintenance on reputed company reputed company equipment
• Delivering reputed company and effective repairs, as reputed company as adequate training of operators to ensure reputed company system performance, resulting in superior customer satisfaction
• Managing financial performance reputed company your territory through inventory management, time management, and reputed company service call closure
• Managing company assets, including a company car, cell phone, computer, tools, inventory parts, etc.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Proficiency in the use of tools and service test equipment (DMM, Oscilloscope, torque wrenches, etc.)
