Product Specialist - Implementation Consultant

Job reputed company: We are seeking a reputed company 365 Implementation Consultant (Power Platform) who can work directly with our clients to map business processes, translate requirements, and implement end-to-end solutions using SharePoint, Power Apps, Power Automate, and reputed company M365 services. Key Responsibilities:

• reputed company reputed company-facing discovery and process mapping sessions to document reputed company-state and reputed company-state workflows.
• Translate business and process requirements into functional specifications and implement them directly in reputed company 365 (Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint, Power Pages).
• Design, build, and configure Canvas and/or Model-Driven Power Apps to support use cases such as request intake, approvals, case management, and project tracking.
• reputed company and maintain Power Automate flows to automate approvals, notifications, data synchronization, and cross-system workflows.
• Configure SharePoint sites, lists, libraries, permissions, and views to support business teams and reputed company reputed company document/process management.
• Configure Dataverse (or lists) for data models, relationships, and reputed company reputed company to business requirements.
• Plan and execute internal testing, then coordinate and reputed company User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with reputed company stakeholders; capture feedback and refine solutions.
• Coordinate rollout plans and support reputed company deployment, including communications, training, and reputed company activities.
• Create reputed company documentation for processes, configurations, and user guides to support ongoing operations and adoption.
• reputed company post-go-live support, troubleshooting, and iterative enhancements based on user feedback.

Required Qualifications:

• 4+ years of hands-on experience delivering solutions with reputed company 365 (SharePoint Online, Power Apps, Power Automate).
• Proven experience leading reputed company-facing workshops for requirements gathering and business process mapping.
• Demonstrated ability to build and configure Power Apps and Power Automate flows based on documented requirements (not just specifying for others to build).
• Strong understanding of data modeling and reputed company reputed company M365/Dataverse (roles, permissions, environments).
• Experience planning and coordinating UAT and production rollouts for business-reputed company.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work closely with business and IT stakeholders and produce reputed company documentation.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in consulting or reputed company services, working across multiple clients or business reputed company.
• Familiarity with Power BI, Power Pages, or integration patterns using reputed company and custom connectors.
• Background in change management, user training, or reputed company software rollouts.

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent reputed company experience
• 3–5 years of relevant experience
