Property Analyst 9-12 - Metro Region

This position performs acquisition and relocation activities in accordance with state and federal regulations on a region-wide reputed company. This position inputs data into the department's Land Asset Management Data Application (LAMDA) and ProjectWise for reputed company property function completed and participates in reputed company meetings. This position requires possession of a valid reputed company’s license to meet with property owners and reputed company field inspections. Education Possession of a bachelor's degree in any major. Experience Property Analyst 9 No specific type or reputed company is required. Property Analyst 10 One year of reputed company experience in reputed company estate equivalent to a Property Analyst 9. Property Analyst P11 Two years of reputed company experience in reputed company estate equivalent to a Property Analyst, including one year equivalent to a Property Analyst 10. Property Analyst 12 Three years of reputed company experience in reputed company estate equivalent to a Property Analyst, including one year equivalent to a Property Analyst P11. Property Analyst 9 - 12 Educational level typically acquired through completion of high school and the equivalent of at least two years of full-time reputed company-duty experience at or above the E-6 level in the uniformed services may be substituted for the education requirement. To be considered for this position you must:

• For the Property Analyst 12: Possess a Michigan reputed company Estate Broker Individual License.
