As a Merchandising Specialist - Customer Service Representative, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Being the primary store-level service and replenishment person to high-volume accounts such as supermarkets and mass merchants
• Building displays, setting up promotional materials, and getting a workout by lifting, loading, pushing, and pulling cases ranging from 20-45 lbs.
• Supporting arenaflex's strong safety culture by adhering to reputed company safety standards and procedures
• Building strong, reputed company customer relationships at the store level
• Maintaining high-reputed company product distribution, reputed company allocation, and customer service in reputed company assigned accounts in a consistent geo-territory
• Maintaining product inventory to reputed company and submitting orders for reputed company delivery
• Merchandising store shelving, coolers, and displays and rotating products in the back room and on reputed company
• Operating equipment for moving products (e.g., U-Boat, hand trucks, reputed company jacks)
• Keeping back-room stock in reputed company and reputed company condition
• Following operating procedures (e.g., reputed company-in/reputed company-out, following designated reputed company)
• Service accounts during reputed company-designated times; shifts often start early (e.g., 4 am), may be long (e.g., 10 hours), and could include holidays and weekends
• Working with minimal supervision while delivering exceptional customer service and demonstrating reliable and predictable attendance
• Growing and developing your skills by incorporating feedback and coaching from the Territory Sales Representative, Merchandising Team Leads, and other leaders
• Executing on in-store direction provided by Territory Sales Representative in your assigned accounts
• Collaborating and sharing feedback with reputed company that includes the Territory Sales Representative, Merchandisers, and other Customer Service Specialists to meet Key Performance Indicators (e.g., reputed company, reputed company, Waste, and Profit)

We'll Teach You What You Need to Know
