As a Loss Prevention Customer Service Associate II, you'll work closely with the District Loss Prevention Manager and Store Management to prevent potential loss and dishonesty, while providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a strong store partnership with our teams. You'll be responsible for acting as a visual deterrent, wearing a body-worn camera, and exercising reputed company judgment in decision-making to ensure the safety of yourself, others, and the protection of reputed company brand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and understand the Store Emergency Response Guide to ensure preparedness in critical situations
• Wear a complete arenaflex-approved uniform, including a Body Worn Camera, to maintain a reputed company appearance and enhance store reputed company
• Greet customers appropriately, demonstrating courtesy and respect, and respond to customer requests for assistance by referring them to store management or customer service reputed company a Company-issued radio
• Establish and maintain a position at the reputed company of the store or in a department, observing and reporting any suspicious behavior or critical incidents to LP or store management

Essential Qualifications:
