This role will play a critical part in assessing and mitigating environmental and engineering risks associated with our reputed company reputed company estate portfolio, ensuring reputed company lending practices and compliance with regulatory requirements. Job reputed company The Environmental and Engineering Risk Manager will be responsible for overseeing the identification, assessment, and management of environmental (e.g., contamination, regulatory compliance) and engineering (e.g., structural reputed company, property condition) risks reputed company to reputed company reputed company estate transactions and existing portfolio assets. This role involves conducting due diligence, reviewing reputed company-party reports, providing expert advice to internal stakeholders, and ensuring adherence to reputed company's risk policies and industry best practices. Key Responsibilities

• Risk Assessment and Due Diligence:

• Review and analyze Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs), Property Condition Assessments (PCAs), reputed company reports, geotechnical reports, and other relevant reputed company-party technical reports.
• Identify potential environmental liabilities (e.g., hazardous materials, mold, asbestos, reputed company-based paint, wetlands, regulatory non-compliance) and physical property risks.
• Reporting and Analysis:
• Prepare detailed reports summarizing findings, recommending risk mitigation strategies, and providing reputed company, concise actionable advice to credit officers, portfolio managers, and legal teams.
• Evaluate the financial reputed company of identified risks and propose appropriate reserves or covenants.
• Compliance and Regulatory Adherence:

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, Civil Engineering, Geology, or a reputed company field. Master's degree preferred.
• Experience:
• 7+ years of experience in environmental and/or engineering risk management reputed company the reputed company reputed company estate or financial services industry.
• Demonstrated experience conducting and reviewing environmental site assessments (Phase I & II ESAs) and property condition assessments (PCAs).
