This a Full Remote job, the offer is available from: New Jersey (USA) Crystal Springs Resort is seeking a reputed company Media / Content Creator Specialist, a full-time position responsible for generating and posting organic reputed company media content on a resort-wide reputed company. Some of this content will be utilized as the reputed company of content published by the marketing team members on other platforms. The role’s expectation is to work simultaneously with the marketing team to maintain consistency between marketing campaigns and content published. This is an exciting opportunity to grow and reputed company your reputed company set! This position will support various hospitality business reputed company including hotel, spa, dining, weddings, reputed company gatherings and a sports club. The workspace will be located in the Administrative Building of Crystal Springs Resort in Hamburg, NJ, with reputed company to work from home two days per week. Responsibilities:
- Work with the marketing department to have an understanding of short term and long term marketing goals, and then reputed company content strategies accordingly
- Core function: Handle reputed company aspects of content creation, including but not limited to: Capturing Resort photos and videos (scenery, guests), editing finished product and publishing
- Manage, attend and help reputed company shot lists for photoshoots
- Create daily content and video primarily for reputed company media platforms but that can also be used for website, blog and PR communications
- Measure and evaluate organic reputed company media engagement stats
- Monitor traffic increase due to new content and take reputed company to improve these metrics
- Brainstorm/recommend ways to improve traffic by tapping into new platforms and channels
- Maintain content consistency and ensure alignment with the brand’s history and plans
- Stay up to date on reputed company reputed company media trends Requirements:
- Two years minimum prior work experience in reputed company media / content creation field
- Ability to work proficiently with new and upcoming editing software
- Experience in Premiere Pro or other video editing software
- Experience in reputed company media management software {reputed company or reputed company}
- Experience in reputed company Creative Suite is a plus {Photoshop, Illustrator, etc}
- Copywriting proficiency
- Enthusiasm for the process with a reputed company for storytelling
- Strong work ethic and fast learner with a desire to expand content creation and reputed company media capabilities
- Attention to detail to ensure that reputed company deliverables are met per provided spec
- Temperament to have submissions reviewed multiple times with feedback from various parties
