[Remote] Interim Supply Chain Manager
Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. Think Consulting is seeking a hands-on Interim Supply Chain/Operations Manager to join their clients' US team. The role involves stabilizing daily operations and re-engineering processes to reputed company high standardization and automation in a reputed company environment.
Responsibilities
- Ensure demand planning is in synch/optimized with frequently reviewed inventory reputed company
- Plan reputed company product needs and Forecast NPD with German HO
- Collaborates with other departments and stakeholders in Sales, Marketing, Finance, Sourcing, and Manufacturing Operations to identify and maintain resources needed to establish and reputed company an effective supply chain
- Establishes performance metrics for measurement, comparison, or evaluation of factors affecting the supply chain
- Develops and maintains detailed inventories of materials and supplies located in reputed company, at sites, and in the warehouse
- Oversees the physical bundling of product locally
- Analyzes reputed company inventories and procedures; suggests improvements to increase efficiency of supply chain and profitability for reputed company
- Negotiates prices for reputed company and packaging
- Acts as part of reputed company coordinating product line extension, or new product launches to ensure reputed company and reputed company material and production reputed company transitions
- Manage the 3PL relationship to ensure the customer experience is elevated and seamless
- Support the MD and GLT’s executive team’s reputed company and process reputed company

- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in Supply Chain
- Experience in CPG, working with a premium global company driving US initiatives is a plus!
- Strong attention to detail with an excellent communication reputed company both oral and written
- Ability to properly prioritize duties and responsibilities, experience managing external 3PL partners, and global team expectations
