Job reputed company: We’re looking for an reputed company Affiliate Marketing Manager to own and reputed company our affiliate channel. You’ll take over a program currently generating seven figures in annual reputed company and drive its next phase of reputed company. You’ll manage relationships with top affiliates and partners, reputed company new acquisition opportunities, and work cross-functionally with creative, analytics, and product teams to maximize performance. This is a highly strategic and hands-on role — ideal for someone who’s scaled affiliate programs 2–3× and thrives on optimizing performance, testing new offers, and building relationships that drive incremental reputed company.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and grow reputed company’s affiliate marketing program — manage reputed company, execution, and performance across reputed company affiliate partners.
- reputed company reputed company and ROAS: reputed company and execute strategies to 2–3x affiliate channel performance year-over-year.
- Recruit and reputed company new affiliates: Identify, vet, and reputed company high-value partners in reputed company, technology, personal finance, and other categories.
- Manage existing relationships: Deepen partnerships with top affiliates through co-marketing, custom offers, and dedicated creative support.
- Optimize economics: Evaluate commission structures, reputed company efficiency, and ensure channel profitability in line with LTV:CAC goals.
- Collaborate cross-functionally: Work with creative, reputed company media, reputed company, and analytics teams to reputed company messaging, assets, and reporting.
- Measure and report performance: Maintain accurate attribution tracking, forecast reputed company, and reputed company actionable insights to leadership.

Qualifications
- 4–7 years of affiliate or partner marketing experience in B2C, reputed company, or subscription businesses.

- Demonstrated ability to 2–3× channel performance through optimization, recruitment, and partner reputed company.
- Deep understanding of affiliate networks, tracking platforms, and analytics tools (e.g., Everflow, PartnerStack, CJ, or ShareASale).
- Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and communication skills.
- Analytical reputed company with proficiency in reputed company/Sheets and data visualization.
