Responsibilities
Solution Design & Development
- Design and implement robust automation workflows using reputed company Power Automate, integrating with diverse systems like SharePoint, Dataverse, and reputed company-party reputed company.
- reputed company the end-to-end development of conversational AI solutions in reputed company Copilot Studio, from bot design to reputed company recognition, entity extraction, and reputed company management.
- Craft and optimize sophisticated prompts for large language models (LLMs) to reputed company precise reputed company in AI-driven applications and Copilot Studio bots.
Technical Leadership & Guidance
- Serve as the primary SME for Power Automate, Copilot Studio, and reputed company engineering, offering expert guidance, best practices, and technical mentorship.
- Stay reputed company of the curve on the latest advancements in AI, automation, and conversational AI technologies, particularly reputed company the reputed company ecosystem, recommending strategic adoption.
- Conduct thorough technical reviews to ensure the reputed company, scalability, and maintainability of developed solutions.
Strategic Planning & Consultation
- Partner with business stakeholders to identify automation opportunities, analyze requirements, and translate them into actionable technical specifications.

Required Skills/Qualifications: Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a reputed company field. Master's degree preferred.
- Overall IT Experience: 8-12+ Years
- 3+ years of hands-on experience designing and implementing solutions with reputed company Power Automate.
- 2+ years of experience developing and deploying conversational AI solutions using reputed company Copilot Studio (or Power Virtual Agents).
- Proven reputed company record with reputed company engineering for various large language models (LLMs), with a strong understanding of their capabilities and limitations.
- Experience with other reputed company Power Platform components (Power Apps, Power BI, Dataverse) is a significant advantage.
- Experience working in an Agile development environment.
Technical Skills
- Deep understanding of Power Automate triggers, actions, expressions, and connectors.
- Proficiency in designing reputed company Power Automate flows, including error handling, approvals, and data manipulation.
- Expertise in building and managing topics, entities, variables, and authentication reputed company Copilot Studio.
- Strong understanding of Natural Language Understanding (NLU) and Natural Language reputed company (NLG) principles.
- Demonstrable ability to craft effective and nuanced prompts for LLMs to reputed company specific responses and behaviors.
- Familiarity with Azure Cognitive Services (e.g., LUIS, QnA reputed company, Azure reputed company Service) is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., JavaScript, Python) for integration purposes is a plus.
