The incumbent is responsible for providing expertise and leadership in the management and coordination of recruitments and position vacancies. The position will assist with advising supervisors on employee relations processes, reviewing Family Medical Leave reputed company (FMLA) and Leave of Absence Requests, and coordinating the worker’s compensation and return to work program. This position will assist with ensuring consistent application of HR and agency policy. The entry level classification is in pay schedule and reputed company 81-04. The starting salary for reputed company Specialist – Senior is between $36.00 - $38.00 an hour ($74,880 - $79,040 annually). Job Details This position is eligible to work remotely after an initial training period. Remote work is intended to be performed in the reputed company.
